How to work with us
There are different ways of working with Aldermans depending on your experience and the type of work you are seeking.
- Our Associates tend to be experienced management consultants who prefer the flexibility of a non-permanent role but don't want to compromise on the quality of the projects they are involved in. They work alongside our colleagues at Bluerock Consulting, typically being indistinguishable to a client and may lead client engagements.
- Our Contractors undertake key roles on major projects within Financial Services. Often they are experienced Business Analysts or Project Managers, others are subject matter experts.
- Our Interim Managers are seasoned professionals who have typically held senior management positions in Financial Services institutions and can take responsibility for a department or team, often in turnaround or transition situations.
We are always keen to hear from consultants who may be interested to work with Aldermans and we would be pleased to discuss current opportunities with you. Unsurprisingly, the recruitment process for all our roles is fairly rigorous.
