How we work with you
Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we provide the best candidate for the job in a timely and efficient manner, whatever your requirements.
Briefing
We take a detailed briefing from you to ensure that we have a full understanding of the specific requirement. Alongside details of the role, responsibilities and the skills sought, we also look to gain an insight into the particular culture of the business, the team/department in which the role sits, the history/background to the position and other any other information pertinent to the candidate screening process.
Screening
All of our candidates are professionally screened before they are submitted to you. In addition to thorough CV filtering, all potential candidates are assessed in a face-to-face meeting to measure technical skills, industry knowledge, specific competencies and cultural fit. Where required we can also undertake psychometric testing or background checking.
When submitting candidates to you we are always driven by quality rather than quantity of candidates - which often means that we only send one or two CVs to be reviewed. CVs are submitted with our interview notes and details of the candidate's availability to meet with you.
Selection
During your candidate selection process we arrange interviews for you and provide feedback after each stage, highlighting any queries or concerns as they arise and assessing interest levels on both sides to avoid any surprises later on.
Decision
Once you have selected a candidate we work with both you and the candidate towards an agreement. We are transparent about our fees to avoid them influencing the decision at this stage. Once a decision has been made we manage all relevant reference checking and contract paperwork.
Ongoing management
Our involvement does not end once the candidate is in place. Maintaining a high-level of ongoing contact with our clients and candidates ensures that we keep track of project progress, receive feedback from both sides and can react to any changes in your resourcing requirements.
