"The combined experience and skills of the Aldermans' team mean that we understand the Financial Services industry and the resources that our clients require. Our clients often need specific skills on a temporary basis, whilst at the same time need to ensure that contract staff are of the same quality and fit that they would demand of their permanent team. They don't have the time to screen huge numbers of CVs and want to deal with recruiters who really know their business and the key issues they face.
The standard of the people that we place is paramount to our success. Our consultants and project staff are experienced professionals who enjoy the opportunity to undertake varied and interesting roles, working on a freelance basis. They don't want to receive constant phone calls from recruitment agencies about unsuitable roles, but appreciate being able to build a working relationship with recruiters who understand their particular skills and what is important to them each as individuals.
