Caroline Banham
Caroline Banham is a Director of Aldermans and has day-to-day operational responsibility for the Aldermans team. She has extensive experience within the recruitment industry, focussing primarily on the Financial Services and Management Consulting sectors. Her experience spans executive search, contingent recruitment, contractor management, internal resourcing, advertising campaigns and recruitment advisory work, as well as the delivery of outsourced contract recruitment services for a major international investment bank.

Bob Heath
Bob Heath is the Managing Director of Aldermans, with overall responsibility for the success of the Aldermans business. Bob has over 15 years of experience of helping clients in the Financial Services industry achieve sustainable business change, mainly as a management consultant but also in line roles in a multinational service provider. Bob brings to Aldermans considerable knowledge of the financial markets and specific expertise in both outsourcing and project management.

Julian Sawyer
Julian Sawyer is Chairman of the Aldermans Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Bluerock Consulting Ltd, Aldermans' parent company. Julian has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 15 years and has particular expertise in retail financial services and payments/cards consulting.
